What AllFreeDownload does — and does not — do

AllFreeDownload does not host, store, or index any video, audio or image files. Each download is a direct, one-off transfer from the original platform's own servers to your device, initiated by you.

Because we do not maintain a searchable library or public catalog of content, there is nothing on our infrastructure to "remove" in the traditional file-hosting sense. If your copyrighted work is being infringed, the most effective action is usually to report it directly to the platform hosting the original upload (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.), since that is where the content actually resides.

When we can act

If we determine that a specific feature of our service is being used primarily to facilitate infringement of a specific copyrighted work, we may disable access to that feature or link on our side pending review.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the service for any user who repeatedly submits links to content they do not have the right to download.

How to submit a takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on their behalf and believe our service is being used in a way that infringes your copyright, send a notice by email that includes:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. 2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including enough detail (such as the exact URL) for us to locate it. 3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email). 4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. 6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was disabled or removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with: your contact information, identification of the material and its location before it was disabled, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of restricting access for users who are found to be repeat infringers, consistent with applicable law.
